Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Abuta District

Matt’s place is nice. It’s as described in the listing. It’s a tight corridors so it can get a bit noisey at night from the other residents, but the place is solid, clean and I’d stay here again.

Great place to stay near Niseko Hirafu! It was our only option as we booked it 3 days in advance. Location is good, but youd need a car to get around, public transport is a no-no. Or you can 20min walk to lifts, 10 min to shops.

Our stay at Niseko Kashinoya was nothing short of amazing! My partner and I spent a week in a cozy private upstairs room with heated floors—perfect for warming up after long days on the slopes. Shingo was hands down the best Airbnb host I've ever had. He went above and beyond to give us an authentic Hokkaido experience, recommending and even helping us book locally owned businesses for ski rentals, massages, dining, and onsens. His hospitality made our trip seamless and unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back here every season to shred!

We had a wonderful time staying here and meeting everyone at breakfast. Was a very positive atmosphere and a wonderful location! Short walk to the free shuttle and evenings after dinner we chose to walk back and it was an easy walk.

Really enjoyed my stay at Annupuri Lodge. I've stayed at shared accommodations/ hostels before and was apprehensive about cleanliness. However Annupuri Lodge exceeded my expectations. Bathrooms and showers were super clean. Staff and roommates were all very nice. Plus there's breakfast and a great restaurant attached to the lodge. Good restaurants, ski lifts, and onsen all within walking distance. Would stay again.

Niseko Club was great. Traditional B&B set up with breakfast provided and a large common space for relaxing, enjoying meals and meeting other guests. It was helpful to be picked up at the welcome center and there were a couple of restaurants a few hundred feet away. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of town and convenient stores. The gondola was another 7 minutes or so. The bus picks up right out front as well. The bedroom itself was no frills but it was clean and overall it was a great experience!

Young is a very responsive host and makes an excellent breakfast every morning. The accommodation is clean, very well insulated and well built. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. Young offers free drop off and pickup to Rusutsu ski resort. If he has time he can also take you to local Onsens or Niseko at very reasonable prices. Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at in Japan

Had a great 5 nights here, George was very hospitable and cooked a banging full English every morning. Can’t get better than that.

Freeride Lodge is located very convenient just in front of the bus station, making it easy to access the 4 resorts that make up the Niseko area. Staff is very helpful, helping you make the most out of your stay. The place is a bit noisy some times, but they have the decency to turn down the volume after 10pm.

We love all about Freeride Lodge. The host and staffs are outstanding. The lodge is extremely clean and every morning the staffs are cleaning the place which made us WOW! The free breakfast is so good, unlimited coffee, tea, milk and juices and even the cereal is unlimited. The view from our room is superb!! A lot of nearest good and yeah yummy restaurants from the Lodge. Even the bus is just outside the Lodge which made us very easy to go around Niseko!! We love our stay!! As in super!! Thank you so much 🥰

This stay is in a great location, just a short bus ride to the ski resort and within walking distance to restaurants around the area. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The host was very helpful in coordinating our arrival and departure, making everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Annupuri Guest house, it is located a few minutes walk from the main gondola to access the All mountain ski area. The property was run by Matt and his wife Yuku who were wonderful, they were on hand to answer any of our question, helping with transfers, things to do and see in the area, trips to the supermarket and information about restaurants. We arrived in the afternoon and a transfer had already been arranged for us, along with our ski hire, which arrived by 8am the following morning. The property is clean and tidy and the rooms are spacious, the showers are especially welcoming after a day on the mountain. Matt was incredibly helpful during the booking process and was on hand to help along the way and came and introduced himself to us on arrival. There was a fabulous hot breakfast served everyday by Coco, Emily and Yuku. I want to say a big thank you to all at the lodge, I can 100% recommend the lodge and will definitely be going back.
