The stay was excellent. The location of the place is very convenient. Next to the lake, very close to the castle and cafes, restaurants and other shops. The room spotless and Alexios very helpful, polite and easily accessible. Of course I will prefer it on the next trip to Ioannina.

Ms. Kalliopi and her son were incredible warm people. They met us at the door. Google map didn't show the exact location. You take it from the location shown and turn to the right, 100 meters away on the right. The house is in a perfect location, close to everywhere, there is parking right nearby. The apartment is much more comfortable and larger than what you see in the photo. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are more than you need. The terrace cannot be described, it can be lived. We spent time on the terrace rather than the house. We felt in the citrus garden among the lemon, orange, kumquat, sicus trees that Ms. Kalliopi meticulously looked at. It was incredible. The hosts took care of our privacy. If only we could have stayed longer. But I now know that I have a home in Preveza. I recommend Ms. Kalliopi's magnificent house face to face. Thank you so much.

Our stay was just mega! The place was super cozy and really clean. Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. Annika and Theo have thought of everything – from games to mosquito protection, umbrellas, etc. We also had a few drinks cold in the fridge upon arrival. There was even a little book with all the important information and another about local life and the hosts themselves :) super sweet The garden was chill and amazing views. The 2 dogs Easy and Rocky were a highlight. The communication with Annika was great; she and Theo were always available and really helped us with questions. Location is perfect: Central, only 5 minutes walk to supermarket and bus, yet nice and quiet. I was there with a friend and although the Airbnb was the host's next to the house, you didn't notice it as the two were super discreet. Definitely coming back! Thank you for a great holiday 🌞

We stayed as a family with our toddlers in Georgia's house. We were more than satisfied, the house is just beautiful ( located in a lovely little village with a very welcoming and friendly neighborhood). House with garden , indoor parking, 2 very spacious rooms, crib, impeccable cleanliness! It's really more beautiful than in photos! The house is very spacious, smelled very good and Georgia had heated well before we arrived. Laundry soap and softener have been made available to us. A supermarket, a small outdoor game and cafes are 1 min away. Safe and authentic neighborhood! I would recommend it without hesitation if you want to make an authentic visit to the heart of Greece! Great communication, Georgia is very responsive and will answer any questions. Thanks again for everything!

We spent an idyllic 'out-of-season' week at Nafsika's Cottage (aka Dionysia's place). The space is perfectly balanced, with two nice-sized bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) on either side of a generous, high-ceilinged living area. Fixtures, fittings, bathrooms are all in good order and modern but also sympathetic to the historic detailing (stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings). The sizeable outdoor space, with a dining table and loungers, gives onto a lovely sea view, even though the cottage is located in the centre of the island. We especially loved the quiet and solitude of the setting at the top of an historic village most tourists will only every pass through on their way to somewhere else. Beautiful walks in every direction, and myriad beaches (including stunning Erimitris Beach) are only a few minutes away by scooter/car. Finally, Dionysia was a wonderfully responsive and friendly host, answering any questions we had within minutes. This place is a gem.

Friendly and welcoming people!! There was everything, even coffee and water. There were sweets and drinks to welcome you! Quiet area with nice views of nature. The location was close to various attractions and archaeological sites. Paris' mother gave us a gift and a handmade keychain as asouvenir.Thank you so much and keep it up!!

Great place beautiful sunset on the terrace . The house has everything you need to cook and relax coffee machine toaster oven shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom super well equipped. A lovely welcome pack with beer water jam bread milk etc… amazing . I also want to thanks Nikos for being so so kind and flexible with our check in and check out what a star. Highly recommend the place super spacious very clean and in a great village with lovely taverns .thank you

The house is perfectly clean, well maintained and tasteful somehow furnished.. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was peaceful so we slept really well. We were in the middle of nature with the fruit trees. It had an excellent sea view , ships and forest views in the harbor. It was extremely charming. And we watched the magnificent sunset in the afternoon. Great price-performance. Also the host was very friendly, helpful and hospitable, he took great care of us! Thank you!! :)) We will be back next year! 😊 I highly recommend this house. Truly Exceptional! ..

The house was beautiful and brand new! The host was most friendly and met us as soon as we got into town! Once he showed us the place and we rested a bit he took us all around town and showed us all the best places! Where to swim, shop, park, and eat. Ioannis and his wife were so kind and helpful. We would recommend them highly! Fantastic stay !

Nice Flat in a beutiful village

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sarai! We were welcomed very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the dad from the host). The apartment and pool were very clean. The views from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is so sweet too. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also got a sweet gift from her. It's been great. Air conditioners are also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what was not so familiar to us before: every 2nd day is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️
