Delightful apartment located on the 3rd floor without lift, recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, two balconies and everything you need for your stay. It overlooks one of the main squares of the country, is close to the station (300 meters) and convenient to any type of shop. Crossing the centre you can reach both the port and the seafront (1.5 km from both the San Benedetto and Grottammare seafront).

Apartment with views of the Adriatic Sea. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large terrace. 3 minutes walk to the sea, restaurants, supermarket and bike rental. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator, public parking is always available. Heating (and air conditioning available in the bedrooms) must be paid separately (with normal use about €5 per day). No pets and no smoking.
