Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. This apartment is located in Thissio, a great neighbourhood that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, the Acropolis museum and more. There are also many fantastic restaurants and shops nearby. Minutes walk away from Thissio and Keramiko stations. The house is located next to the archaeological sites of Athens at the surroundings of the Acropolis, under the National Observatory hill, close to the metro. The neighborhood is full of great places to eat / have a drink and only minutes away from Gazi nightlife. In the shadow of Acropolis-Breathtaking view

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά στη σκιά της Ακρόπολης και ακριβώς κάτω από τον Ιερό βράχο. Τα Αναφιώτικα είναι μια από τις παλιότερες γειτονιές της Αθήνας και κρατά ακόμα το χρώμα και τον χαρακτήρα που είχε από παλιά. Είναι περιοχή αμιγούς κατοικίας. Στην ταράτσα του όποιος καθίσει έχει την ευκαιρία να δει την Αθήνα από το ψηλότερο δυνατό σημείο και να αισθανθεί την θετική ενέργεια του μέρους το οποίο όχι τυχαία επέλεξαν οι αρχαίοι Έλληνες για να φτιάξουν ένα από τα επτά θαύματα του κόσμου!

Central Athens House, brilliant location

Mets, a traditional and one of the best Athenian neighborhoods, in the center of the city, but not tourist and noisy. Our house is a family house, in the top of a hill, with a magnificent view from the common terrace ( in which you can have access 24 hrs of the day). Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, Plaka, Zappeion , National Gardens and Panathinaic Stadium are in Walking distance .. The flat is spacious, with bedroom, living room and dining room.
