Romantic Boutique Cottage in upper Hogsback

Lovely space to relax and spend private time in the rose gardens. The rooms are bigger than they seem in the photos and the kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is away from the street and really private. Monica was a fabulous host and went out of her way to accommodate our needs.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s! She was very communicative and helped us out during our whole stay recommending walks and things to do in town. The cabin was cosy, had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! We will definitely be returning to Helen’s on our next stay in Hogsback <3 x

Words can't even describe what a wonderful experience it was staying at Organic Origins. Dayle and Jaco are such sweet kindhearted hosts and their place matches who they are. From the waterfall, to the beautiful views of trees, the privacy and Chef Jacos AMAZING breakfast, we were extremely impressed and satisfied. Definitely visiting again.

From the first booking to the final morning, my Firefly cabin brought me joy, comfort and rest. Justin's online welcome, the easy check-in, the beautiful and fully convenient interior, shower and bed were exquisite. The views and gardens are stunning, bird life and the Turaco trail a joyful natural experience. Fire starters from the shop and a good wine too, saw to a cosy evening at the fireside. Fully a dreamy, gentle time.

Amazing to find a place as peaceful and unspoilt as this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this beautiful farm. Even though the weather did not play along, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi, go for a few short walks around the farm and just enjoy the view across the lake. The cottage itself is beautiful and has been set up with everything you need. Perfect place to disconnect and reset.

What a lovely surprise. Exceeded my expectations. The house is nice a spacious. Felt right at home. Alot of privacy. Peaceful and tranquil. The dogs were so friendly and welcoming as well. My Oceanaih loved them too and fit right in. The milk was out of this world thank you! Stunning sunrise over the mountain with coffee, that was special. Marna and Amanda was very helpful and friendly and welcoming and I appreciated the supper take out suggestions. Absolutely loved my stay and will want to bring my Dad next time. Will definitely be back. Miss it already. Thank you Marna🙏

Wow, we had a fantastic stay in Hogsback! The house was modern and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views that made our mornings truly magical. The nearby hiking trails were amazing, providing us with endless opportunities to explore the stunning natural surroundings. Hayley was an exceptional host, always attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise! Highly recommended!

We booked this venue for our friends, and this is their review: - - - - We really enjoyed our stay at Primston lodge. It's a beautiful, well appointed cottage with a great outdoor cooking/eating boma (where we spent most of our time). The farm is perfectly kept and a pleasure to walk around, our kids enjoyed the farm animals immensely. Didi and Stu are the perfect hosts to have, being unobtrusively available for your every need. Would recommend this to any family wanting a truly relaxing getaway. - - - - We were able to visit our friends whilst they were there, and were so impressed with the place, as well as how lovely and welcoming the hosts, Didi and Stuart are. It's a venue we'd consider for ourselves on our next visit to Bedford/Adelaide area.
