Waterfront holiday rentals in Agate Bay

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

Had a great stay at Dana’s spot - great location. South Lake Tahoe was quiet during the week which was nice.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

It was an enjoyable resort and the room was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and approachable. Location was perfect and close to restaurants.

We had a great stay at Kelly's! Traveled as two couples and our two dogs, and came to Reno for a long weekend to visit friends. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is charming with plenty of parking. It's a very short walk to the Truckee River walking path, which was heaven for our dogs. There is also a fenced yard so that they could play and sniff around at their ease. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the home is built solidly and well, so there's plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen and a cozy living room for us to hang out when we were not visiting with our friends in the area. We enjoyed walking down to the river walk and exploring the area. Would absolutely stay here again next time I come to Reno!

We decided to go out of town last minute to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was very easy to find, easy to get into the home. The home is right on the water and is absolutely gorgeous. I loved how it was dog friendly and we were able to bring our two medium-sized dogs. I loved that it had a hot tub. I usually only rent Airbnbs with hot tubs, but I loved how I could just look over and see the water. We will definitely be back in the summertime. We would love to take the kayaks out and maybe go fishing. We saw lots of neighbors fishing (catch and release). Also, it’s a few houses away from the Water Bar restaurant and Lighthouse coffee shop. The neighborhood is very safe and we didn’t feel the need to use the alarm.

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a high-quality coffee machine and a great selection of spices. The host was very accommodating—when we had a small issue, it was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free!

Great stay - perfect proximity to the mountain, lake, restaurants and shopping. Will stay again!

After a full day snowboarding, this was the perfect place to come back to in the evening to rest and spend time with friends/family. Our time on the slopes got cut short due to the rain on the second day, but we were really grateful that there were board games and a TV to set up our switch and have a very cozy warm game night. We felt right at home. The location is very peaceful and beautiful, exactly how Nolan described. Check in was extremely easy and straightforward. We all definitely enjoyed our weekend getaway.

I would 100% recommend this spot for anyone who loves a great airbnb and responsive host!

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

Great place for skiing at Palisades

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 large televisions, which is an improvement from the listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the essentials (plus extra touches like fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen). The location couldn’t be better. Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).
