Holiday rentals with a patio in Agnes Water

Ginny’s place at Agnes Water was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, and it was clear that a lot of care has gone into making this Airbnb a welcoming retreat. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Agnes Water. Thank you, Ginny, for an unforgettable stay – we will definitely be back!

Lovely week even though the weather wasn't good but the outdoor entertainment area was great. As we are outdoor people we used this are the most. Very well presented property Would stay again Thank you Ranjo's Retreat

Just spent 5 nights at Mangrove Manor and it was amazing. After spending a long day on the water it was great to come back to the comforts of such a lovely house, exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in-out was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and excellant communication from the hosts. Can't wait to stay there again.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious and as described. It was a 5 minute walk to shops , eateries etc and a 12 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to 1770. It made for a great stay in a central location

The Surfhouse was amazing and the location is unbelievable. The shared facilities were 5 star, I don't think you will find a better swimming pool. We loved how relaxing the house is and how peaceful the bush surrounding was. The outside BBQ/Kitchen and dining area is a great ammenity and we ended up using it every night! Can't recommend this place enough.

one of the best places I've ever stayed. sweeping views combined with a spacious and cozy patio, and a small but fully equipped home. the fireplace and swing are awesome for watching the expansive and beautiful night sky. and if the mozzies get too bad you can go inside and watch stars from the skylight. The only down side I can mention is that there are a lot of ants on the property, and they get absolutely everywhere, but that's hard to prevent in the outback. I recommend sealing your dry food in airtight containers before arriving or else be prepared to throw it out later.

Absolutely divine. Melissa and Bart’s special Tiny Home already seemed idyllic on the AirBnB listing; but seeing and experiencing it in person is divine. Melissa and Bart have thought of every small touch and then more. The place is cosy, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on our road trip when we needed some rest; and it has been one of my favourite bookings. This is a place not to be missed if you’re heading to the area. Additionally, Melissa was an incredibly kind and generous host. We had a little hiccup during our stay - Melissa was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We hope to be back one day.

Was perfect for what we needed. Loved the design of the place and the lights were gorgeous at night time. The only downfall was having a bit of trouble upon entry as there was no key in the safe box because of previous guests had taken it with them. Understandably mistakes happen and thankfully once we got the backup key we got in okay 😊 we definitely would stay again.
