Beautiful 45 feet boat to sail to Capri, Sorrento Positano and Amalfi Coast or to use like boat and breakfast in the middle of Castellammare. Refitting 2019. Near train station. Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
