Excellent apartment with full structure of kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms, all brand new, very clean, great location (next to Beach Park practically), condominium with great leisure structure and access to the beach (foot in the sand), building with elevator. Very good for family with children. Great support and tips from Paulo being very attentive all the time. We were very satisfied with the 4 day period we stayed there . Super recommend.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Mariana's home! We were in a group of 12 people, and the house accommodated us perfectly, with many beds and some mattresses available. The atmosphere is extremely spacious and cozy. In addition, the location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk from Caponga beach, which is simply stunning. For those who have pets, the space is ideal, with plenty of area for them to play and run at will. The kitchen was also a great highlight, very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay easier. We love every moment! Mariana and Dona Vera are amazing people, with generous hearts, always helpful and quick in their responses. Many thanks for everything!

Roberta is a perfect host! Always attentive to messages, showed resilience and empathy. The apartment is very functional and super meets the needs for the stay, It has plenty of beds, in addition to the sofa, all rooms and air-conditioned living room, kitchen with all the utensils necessary for basic food, refrigerator working well, in short... internal environment, in my perception, met my needs. The external environment of Wellness is charming! For those with a child (my case), the kids area is perfect! You can leave your child with the ID bracelet with the apartment number and the block, and you can choose to leave the child only with the presence of his guardian. Piscinas, sauna, massage space, impeccable gym and restaurant, in addition to the water park itself, which is just a few meters from the resort. On the way to the park, there is the village of the sea… like a little town, with live music, restaurants and space with carousel and Toys for the little ones, after 5:00 pm.

Very good house, everything clean and organized, both the host and the very caretakers. The house is more beautiful than it is in the photos and in all the bedrooms there was a double bed. The atmosphere is very quiet. The fact of being in front of the sea makes all the difference. The road to the house looks a bit strange, but we didn't have any problems during the drive to it.

Excellent house, clean, organized, everything working, no caveats, we will certainly return. We all love it, close to the beach to walk, and a few minutes drive from the Uruaú Lagoon. I recommend it!

The Otoni space is exactly the same as the photos, an excellent apartment in an excellent condominium. Otoni sent all instructions and photos for check in and parking, making everything easy. The condominium is safe, with private beach, beautiful view of the swimming pool and great for families. We love our accommodation. I highly recommend it for sure.
