Yanira was very responsive, and we were so close to so many great restaurants and the use of the pool was excellent.

My vacation home at Delmar place was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of it is exactly as described in the pictures. The hose was always there when you needed her. Very helpful . The pool was extremely great we enjoyed cooking on the outside barbecuing while listening to music playing dominoes and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Will definitely come back next year.

Definitely spectacular just what I was looking for to spend a few days with the family.

Ideal for two families with kids. The third bedroom has two sets of queen size bunk beds. 5 minute walk to Politas beach area, which has an affordable bakery/cafe/minimart. 20 minute walk to big supermarket. Pool and area around it are really nice. Well maintained, shade and sun, spacious. Slippery tiles, so no running! Pool is about 4 feet deep throughout; no shallow end. Jacuzzi part is shallow with benches built in; just bubbles, no heat. Drug store 100 yards away is handy for bug spray, sun screen etc. Baseball field across street has light at night which makes area well lit. Kids can play on field. Recommend: sunset happy hour at Ladi’s; rent kayaks from Jose at Fish pier by volleyball court (next to Ladi’s) and go to little island right off of Politas beach; get a Cuban sandwich from the bakery by Politas; swim at night in the pool with colored light. Be aware: mosquitos come out in evening/morning; roosters start at 0400; house is a little rustic, but charming.

The house was fantastic and we all enjoyed the pool, dock, pickleball courts, etc. Manatees would swim up to the dock which the entire family loved plus the kayaks. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so there was plenty of room for the entire family. The pool was heated and covered which made it very appealing and my grandchildren swam all day long. Stores were nearby plus many restaurants and it was only an hour's drive south from San Juan airport, driving on good highways. The owner was very nice and allowed us to use her personal washer/dryer. The only drawback was the beaches are mostly rocky or covered with mangroves which my kids were not fond of since we are from Long Island, NY which has fabulous beaches.

Me and my family were delighted with the stay at Oasis de Salinas a very cozy place, cleaned and is in a quiet area definitely for my next visit I will use this Airbnb.

We were a family group of 6 adults. This was exactly what we were looking for. The view is fantastic. The pool was warm and welcoming. The backyard was great for hanging out. There were good restaurants in easy walking distance

Nice, clean, modern place in Salinas, a few minutes drive from beach and restaurants. The house could use some more personal touches and kindnesses for guests - simple kitchen/cooking supplies like salt, coffee, and drinking water, there was none and we got thirsty! - but otherwise it is a nice place.
