A very clean and tidy place with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Good view from the house. Within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Should have proper charging points by the beds though, that's the only suggestion.

Jane’s place is beautiful and it was absolutely perfect for us. The cottage was lovely and cosy with plenty of room inside and out. We have two dogs and two children and there was so much space for them to run around. Jane was a lovely host and communication was great. She was very helpful and informative and would definitely come back here as the location was very nice and only 20mins from Paihia and not very far from Kerikeri. If you stay here, be sure to visit the Rusty Tractor Cafe as well - delicious coffee and food! 5-stars. Thanks Jane!

The cottage was a great location for our stay in Paihia. It was very quiet and private, with everything that we needed. Parking was easy, and once there, we could walk everywhere. I hope that we can return again someday.

Our second stay at this great immaculately maintained house. Wonderful views and so close to Russell but far enough to be peaceful. Anthony is always responsive. Great bird watching parrots, more pork owl, wekas, Tui’s but no kiwis! Perfect place to stay

This house was extremely well looked after and very well furnished with all the amenities. It was lovely and modern and had the best views of Paihia. We walked into the town for an evening meal which took about 10 minutes and a nice hike back up the hill. I would highly recommend staying here we had a lovely stay.

Adelle should be a Gold Star Superhost! She has a lovely Airbnb in a beautiful setting & couldn’t be more helpful. She generously provides many breakfast items in a very well stocked kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble & she and Ron welcomed us with kind & generous hearts. The location is ideal for outdoor lovers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The stunning views and serene atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for our family to spend quality time together over the Christmas period. We enjoyed plenty of fishing, and the amenities for kayaking and paddle boarding were fantastic. Our dog had a blast too, making friends with Fur. The host was wonderful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!
