A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This place is truly breathtaking and the hospitality shown was incredible. Super comfortable bedding, very well stocked kitchen with all appliances. The attention to detail with the property is outstanding and it is so well finished, we felt lucky to be able to stay. Perfect stay, already want to visit again.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
