First of all, Komal was an amazing host, always engagedand trustworthy. He was responding very quickly and always tried his best to find solution. The apartment was very beautiful and convenient; the view was stunning 😍 We had some troubles with hot water, Komal has fixed it very quickly but it still wasn’t hot enough just enough warm for a quick shower. The swimming pool was very clean and easily accessible, the security was always available and it wasn’t crowded at all. To sum up we felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay and will come back in the future

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel apartment! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished – it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the ajman seaview from the balcony was stunning. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the complimentary fast wifi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be back!

I was visiting the University and found this place only 9 mins by car. this studio room was everything I needed. Supermarket, Laundermat many café's and a pharmacy. There is a laundry/laundry in the complex as well as a café, a supermarket and a pharmacy. A great place for university visits

Talha was easy to communicate, place looked like in photos and was easy to access. Would recommend booking
