Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Al Amarat

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

I loved staying in Ahmed's place. Mainly because he was so responsive to my messages and his flat was too big and clean. The flat had everything we need and i have no issues at all. Even when i told he that i have to check out a night earlier becuae i had death in the family, he asked me to amend the check out and get the last night refunded. An extremely clean, practical apartment situated in a beautiful quaint town. The apartment was easy to check in and out of - with a great amount of space and great views from the kitchen/sitting room area. All kitchen utensils and appliances were great quality and appeared to be new. The bathrooms were spacious and extremely clean - as were the bedrooms. Grateful to our host for a quick response and useful instructions - I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and neat place to stay at. Grocery store is 5-8min walking distance. Seaview. I can say best stay in the area.

Naila was an absolutely fantastic host, she was attentive, understanding and extremely kind. Unfortunately we had problems with the app trying to extend our stay and because of this there was a huge delay in paying for the extra nights. Naila waited patiently and did not make us feel under pressure at all. We also requested an early check because we arrived to the airport at 9 am which Naila agreed to and sent us the check in details the night before to insure we received the details. Our stay was 10 stars and so was our host. As soon as I get back to Muscat I will book Naila's home again. I will also refer family and friends to her.

A really stunning light apartment - felt at home as we walked in. Everything worked, and the location is a real jewel with many walkable stylish restaurants! We swam in the beautifully warm and well looked after pool which the balcony overlooks. The place is quiet and calming. Would recommend and will use again when next in Muscat!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Overall a great stay! Spacious villa with spacious rooms and clean in a safe and quiet compound. Although it was slightly far from certain places, it wasn’t a huge issue, very well worth it and would definitely stay here again!

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely comeback. Great place to get away from the city and relax.

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

The apartment is located in a beautiful, luxurious, guarded housing estate. It has a very nice view of the sea, the garden is well-maintained, with nice grass. The apartment is close to a sensational pool and beach, and in 20 minutes you can walk from the apartment to the small harbor, where there are restaurants and a shop. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are large, the air conditioning works very efficiently. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing. Communication with the host goes smoothly, and check-in is easy because the keys are removed from the small safe by the door. As for sleeping places, it's important to know that the couches in the living room do not unfold, only the pillows are removed, but for one person it's ok. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there are two thin, fold-out mattresses for sleeping on the ground. A sense of luxury would have been even bigger if the apartment was cleaned even better.

It was good, quiet, away from noise.The place is clean and 4 minutes away from the beach. i recommend.

Amazing choice for mutrah on a budget

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

In short, one of the greatest stays I ever had at a hostel. Basil, the host, is an outstanding person. Extremely welcoming, always open for a chat about everything including Omani culture, and especially he gave us great recommendations for Muscat and for traveling the country. Next to that, the atmosphere at the hostel is very laid back and social. Basil is really fostering the idea of an inclusive and social environment where everybody can feel at home. Thank you again for an amazing stay at your hostel. We had such a great time in Oman and that's also thanks to your sincere hospitality.

Sukoon was a very responsive host and had lots of recommendations on local things to check out. The place itself is very beautiful and has everything a guest could need.
