**A Magical Birthday Getaway!** I spent 6 days at this stunning villa with 9 of my girlfriends for my birthday, and all I can say is WOW!! This place was truly magical. From the moment I booked, Mathieu was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided numerous recommendations and helped us plan our activities. Upon our arrival, Mathieu and his amazing staff greeted us warmly. The staff were top tier, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The chef cooked us lunch and dinner on certain days, and the food was delicious. The pictures do not do this villa justice; it is breathtaking and spacious. My friends and I were in awe and did not want to leave at all! Our only regret was not staying long enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give it a 10/10! Thank you, Mathieu and your kind staff! We will be back soon. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway

The hostess and the whole team at this paradisiac installation went far and beyond to exceed all the care and expectations for the members of my family . We were a family of 15 people and we had moments of gathering together as much as privacy. The reality of this domaine is even better than the pictures . People living there are representative of the Moroccan culture : friendly kind happy people ! I cannot say enough about this experience it was wonderful ! We will keep it in our hearts forever ! They have a fun a Hammam !!! Where we had the best services we have ever had ! All over the world . A big pavilion and independent rooms to acciónate large groups . Go and discover ! We stayed at Ash Villa by Maison 396, and it was honestly incredible. The minimalist yet refined design, with little touches of Moroccan culture, made the whole place feel stylish but still warm and inviting. Being tucked away in our own private golf course made it feel extra special, and the amazing staff went above and beyond, from the butler service to having a car ready whenever we needed it. Most of our time was spent lounging by the heated pool, soaking up the sunshine, and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere—you can even hear the birds in the morning, which was such a nice touch. The whole property was immaculately clean, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping it that way. The delicious Moroccan breakfast each morning was another highlight, with fresh, flavorful dishes that made every start to the day feel special. And with the villa being located just 10 minutes from the city center, it was the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. Highly Recommend staying.

This home was amazing! One of the owners met us with cool drinks and a complete tour of the property. The property is exactly as described and even better! We did employ the car and driver service recommended by the host and it was perfect. Ndey and the other two helpers were pleasant to have around and extremely accommodating. Ndey is a really great chef and since there weren’t too many restaurants close by, she was a godsend! I would recommend this place to anyone and actually already have! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family!

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Kallis. It was such a beautiful house. We loved the staff from the manager who met us, the two ladies who cleaned up made tea and an amazing breakfast for us every day, and Ali -the butler/ guard who was very helpful. You can request to have your laundry done for a fee or make additional meals like lunch or dinner for a fee but tea, breakfast, and general housekeeping is included. We really loved our Morroco trip and are so glad we stayed at this villa and would love to come back!!
