I had a fantastic stay at Waleed’s apartment with my wife and two kids (7 and 3 years old). From the moment we arrived, Waleed was incredibly attentive, checking in daily to ensure everything was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference! The apartment itself was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet area, yet just a minute away from a street filled with restaurants, grocery stores, laundries, and other essential services. Plus, it’s only a 4-minute drive from Mall of Oman, making it super convenient. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and without a doubt, I would stay here again. Thanks again, Waleed, for an excellent experience!

very good location, right next to the Chedi's Hotel. beautiful view of the beach, exactly like photos. the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. already looking forward to my next stay here! there's a mini supermarket, dry clean, and beauty salon on the same street which made my stay very convenient. Overall highly recommended.

Khalid is the best host who I had had in Muscat

Exactly what I was looking for, a simple and peaceful escape from the rush of the world. I took the folding chair to the beach and read my book with my feet in the sand. Great host and lovely location

Impeccable service rendered by host Salim! House was in fantastic condition and my kids enjoyed the outdoor playground very much. Salim was quick to address any minor issues and very helpful in making sure that my family was happy and comfortable. 5 star rating and highly recommended! Looking forward to staying here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at this property! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also really great – only about a kilometre from the beach, which made it easy to take a walk there and enjoy the sea. The host was very helpful and flexible, which I really appreciated. Because of my flight, I was able to check in earlier than planned and check out a little later, which made my trip even smoother. The place clearly met expectations and was well worth the price. I can warmly recommend it to others who are looking for an affordable and comfortable place!

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

Abumohanned's house in Sib was exactly as we expected, very good location, clear communication.

The words are not enough to describe the brother Hassan , Hassan Khadoum and the advisor of Amin and very interesting. We actually entered his house as guests and we got out of him friends as if you knew him from a while. As for a housing that was very comfortable and added with high privacy, there are all services , an integrated home to live for long periods of time and not bored of it . Indeed it was a good choice that I chose to stay in Hassan's house 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at his house. Recommended 👌

Hudhaifa was friendly and easy to communicate with . Overall a wonderful place to stay . The wave is ideal location for a break as the marina , grocery stores and restaurants and beach are all on your doorstep . The flat also has access to a pool and garden area but we did not use it on this stay . Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Mr Abdulla and staffs are very responsive and quick on actions. Al Mouj location is perfect. Recommend for sure.
