Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Alacantí

We had wonderful days in Alicante. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the center but just outside the hustle and bustle. Everything was also very clean and tidy. Beatriz is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. And she gave great tips for restaurants nearby!

Great place that can really be recommended further!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The heated pool was a dream, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day, and having two bathrooms made everything so convenient. Mornings were a delight—sipping coffee while soaking in the stunning view was the ultimate way to start the day. The beach is just a quick 5-minute stroll away, and if you’re up for a bit more exploring, the vibrant town is an easy 25-minute walk. Lots of bars & places to eat close by. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

We spent a beatiful 5 weeks through December till mid January in this place with our 2y old daughter. I was working remotely and my wife was enjoying the better climate, sand dunes with pine trees and beaches with our daughter. The apartment is very silent, we found there everything to live there comfortably for the 5 weeks or even more. Bed mattresses are comfy, not too soft. I must highlight the heated floor in kitchen/living room/bathroom that made the stay very comfy because the nights can be as cold as 5 degrees Celsius only. And heated floors and very rare in Spanish buildings. Guardamar in the winter is a not that busy but you still meet a lot of people in the city and at the beaches. The Masymas supermarket just 3mins of walk is great. For car rental I recommend the local ValgeCars. I hope to come back again!

Carolina was a perfect host. The apartment is amazing, views from three different areas of yhe living room. The apartment was spotless. The location is perfrct gor all amenities. We recommend this apartment as 5 star.

Excellent place to disconnect and feel at home. Beautiful Urbanization with gardens and very well cared for pool. A very quiet area to rest and recharge batteries. Firstly, Ivan is a wonderful host, and having such a great host makes all the difference. The villa is beautifully presented and contains everything you need to have a fun, relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect and the jacuzzi created a great place to unwind in the evenings. Grocery shopping is minutes on foot and there's lots to do nearby from Crazy Golf, Karting, beach, shopping, etc. I highly recommend Ivan and this villa. Many thanks, Stephen.

The experience with the home and with Ana and her family was 10. We had a few days but they made us feel like in our ipropia home from the moment we started. They made recommendations for places we followed and it was excellent. No doubt if we come back we would count on them. Thank you very much for everything!

The house is fantastic, and Sergio is wonderful to host. We booked the house in 2019 and due to the pandemic, for two years we were unable to attend and they booked it for us. It has given us a lot of ease in terms of arrival as it has been as comfortable as possible. We'll definitely do it again!

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

A really lovely villa that fits 14 people comfortably. A lovely location, but it was hard to get a cab that wasn’t pre-booked so I would recommend booking them beforehand! The villa was clean, private and had everything we needed. The only downside is that there is only 3 sun beds in the garden but room to lay on the floor on a towel which is what we did instead. Overall an amazing stay and would 100% recommend the villa to other people, and might even be back in future!

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa , everything was perfect clean indoor swimming pool with everything that even needed for children , the owner is very nice and welcomed us very warmly, is took the time to send us all the beach addresses restaurant nearby because we know nothing about this city because this was the first time we have come to this area of Spain. We'll be happy to come again next time. Upstairs a very nice view with the hot tub tt was perfect I was nothing negative . 🙂

We traveled a lot with airbnb and had never found such a clean, comfortable and tidy apartment as Juan Antonio's. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has everything you need and more. It is very careful and very new. We were like at home. From the first moment Juan Antonio was attentive to everything we could need and gave us a lot of information about the area. Very professional and friendly. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. A very quiet area at night without noise. We give a 10 to the apartment and Juan Antonio. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment perfectly matches the photos. We'll be happy to go back.

Lovely place to stay & reasonably priced, host was great very fast with responses if we needed any help.. it’s just off the main bit of Benidorm perfect for us as we had kids so nights were quiet and was only a short walk down to the beach front. Very clean!! Would definitely recommend

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

Fantastic apartment located in a convenient location making every part of Benidorm accessible. Lots of eateries and amenities close to the apartment. Apartment was immaculate and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Checkin was easy as was check out. Apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. This apartment will be at the top of my list for staying in Benidorm.
