What a fantastic stay! The house is spacious, beautiful, and well stocked, the back yard front and back have lovely fruit trees and lots of open space, it’s also conveniently located to both sides of Gainesville.

Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

My daughter and I had the best stay at Katie’s cottage. We absolutely loved this warm, cozy home away from home and wish we had more time to stay. The cottage is as wonderful as displayed in the pictures, impeccably clean and so comfortable. Katie responded to a small issue reported so quickly and fixed it immediately the next day. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely return. Thank you Katie!

We love Jennifer’s place - feels like home. She hasn’t missed a thing when it comes to comfort. Kitchen is well-stocked, so is the bathroom. There are even floor fans which we love for air circulation and white noise when we sleep. Peaceful neighborhood and so convenient. We will be back!

Beautiful home in a very quiet part of town. Giri was very responsive and quick to address an issue with the thermostat! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space throughout the house. Even though the unusual cold weather prevented us from using the backyard space, it was very well laid out and inviting. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits to High Springs area!

Kait's place is a great value and was great for our short family trip to Gainesville. It was very close to lots of family-friendly locations, and we really appreciated the kids toys, plates, and other items which made traveling with littles easier.

Beautiful house that felt like home in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a perfect Christmas. And yes, the bed is absolutely awesome! Super big and comfortable. Cozy and charming house has a beautiful design, different vases for flowers, various kitchen utensils and lots of pots and pans. In the dining area there’s games and books, big TV and comfy couch and a reading chair. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it! (Really awesome, responsive, helpful hosts) Thank you! My goodness….. so thankful we stayed here! The property was absolutely beautiful and Ruthie was as the perfect host! So clean, peaceful and more than we could have imagined!

We were so impressed with the owners responsiveness during our stay. We book a lot for out of town softball tourneys and these owner’s were beyond helpful. They even offered to let us check out late on Sunday so we didn’t have to rush to be out Sunday morning while trying to get to the fields. Their check out instructions were so minimal and the home was super clean! Will def stay here again!

This was my first time renting an Airbnb. Nihan was a fabulous host. She responded quickly and we lived our stay. I have bragged to all my friends about Nihan’s place.

I am so glad I found this cottage! I was looking for a place for my husband to heal and recovery from his double lung transplant, yet be close enough to Shand's to go back almost daily for appointments. it is an easy, beautiful 20 minute drive. no traffic! I was looking for a country setting, peaceful, walkable, safe neighborhood, easy to get outside, easy to open windows to get some air, a place we could cook our own food and rest. Grocery stores are only 15 to 20 minutes away. Blu highway pizza is great! We went into Paynes Prairie Bolen's bluff trail and saw the Bison and Wild Horses and lots of deer, we went to boat ramps to sit by the water. The animals in the back made my day everyday! I loved giving them afternoon apples and carrots. This is a beautiful little historic neighborhood too. Everyone waves when I'm walking and if you ask, Laura will hold mail for you General Delivery! That is small town charm! This was perfect for us. Kevin and Lesley are gracious hosts! Thank you!

Perfect location. The home was exceptional for our needs. Open floor plan made it easy for wheel chair. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to enjoy Thanksgiving. Would recommend this home for families etc.

Brittany's place was everything I wanted to end and start the year!!! Everything was perfect there...had an amazing time and the view was beautiful My dog loved it!!! We had everything we needed Such a peaceful neighborhood The surroundings were so nice to drive around Hope I can come back soon!

Ann was extremely accommodating & helpful! She responds to texts right away with any issues. This tiny home is adorable! It is extremely clean, with more cleaning products available. The water pressure is good, the toilet is new, the water gets VERY hot! 1 loft has stairs, while the other is more like a ladder- but very sturdy & well built/solid wood & beautiful! The backyard is quite large but also includes leafy green bush’s that I don’t feel comfortable letting my dogs just run, but only because I’m not from here & it’s unfamiliar. It’s a 4’ fence. My son talks about the Tiny home nonstop now! It was his favorite place! Looks like I’ll have to build something for him! (He’s 10) I had MANY deliveries during my stay & after I left they kept coming! Ann actually brought them to me at my next location! (I’m in town to rent a long term house) I absolutely cannot say enough about Ann & her T.H. But I’m out of space! Thank you so much Ann!

Gary's land left a special place in my heart. It's the most wonderful, peaceful, quiet, private place I've ever stayed in, if you're looking for a place to connect, to ground and to find rest and peace, this is the place to be at. Gary is a loving human, very respectful of your space and needs. I'm already planning my next stay at his tiny house. highly recommended stay if you're looking to unwind and be in nature!

We loved Rose Cottage! It was very enchanting and peaceful. We really appreciated the fresh eggs; we made mug omelets for breakfast!

Anada’s place was great! It is super close to campus and downtown. The outdoor space was amazing. The home is exactly as pictured. Anada was a great host. She was very responsive and flexible.

Exactly as described, neat as a pin all around. Super restaurant down the way, exactly what we needed for a few days with the fam.

Everything was great! Place was nice and clean! We enjoyed our quick stay!
