There is a $50.00 pet fee. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the great location, close to downtown High Springs. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ginnie Springs, and a 5 minute drive to Blue Springs. Divers will appreciate this home, since there is a concrete carport in the rear of the house to rinse your gear. Enjoy the local Brewery and The Great Out Doors Restaurant. This home is in a quaint neighborhood, and it's a short walk to the local High Springs Brewery.

This is a cozy quiet 1950s cottage surrounded by green space and creeks. Many times I have seen deer in the yard in the early morning. The cottage is walking distance enough to downtown and Depot Park. It is biking distance to UF and Shands. The cottage is stocked with a full kitchen and is great for cooking. This space is dog-friendly and has a fenced in yard. There is Roku TV for your entertainment needs. The cottage is cooled with window AC and heated with space heaters.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Pet friendly and located in the quiet Duckpond neighborhood just a mile walk from the center of downtown Gainesville. Tom Petty Park at the end of our street includes playground, vollleyball net, tennis courts, dog park etc. Gainesville Bike Trail entrance just 1/2 mile from house. Private entrance to guesthouse with shared brick courtyard and parking.
