Our stay At Dave’s place was brief yet enjoyable. We enjoyed the space and it felt clean and comfortable. It was fun looking at the pictures of all his travels. Next time I’m in the area I hope to spend more time with our stay. I really appreciate the level of communication and detail that Dave provided prior and during our stay.

My stay was amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy feel. Cleanliness is essential to me when booking a rental, and this place was beyond my expectations. The sheets were fresh, and everything was well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Will was also super welcoming and friendly, which improved my experience. I’ll be back. Where do I even start?! Sheila and Anthony were the best host! Our checking in process was a breeze, with no complications. Upon arrival I found Sheila had set up a beautiful thanksgiving table for my family, with place holders and everything! The home smelt so clean as well, my partner and I walked in and could tell the home was just spotless, and we really appreciated that after a long day. They left a nice bottle of white wine as well, which was unexpected but so needed! Sheila set up giant Jenga for my children as well, which we had so much fun with! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout of the home was perfect. I woke up a couple times in the middle of the night, and in the master bedroom a window overlooking the WHOLE city is facing your direction. You can see all the neighboring towns from that window, such a unique million dollar sight to see. The patio was my favorite part, sitting outside feeling the breeze, with that view was life changing. Thanks again guys !

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

This house was perfect for our group. It’s a big and unique space, very practical with plenty of living/lounge space, indoor and outdoor dining, great swimming pool, etc. It’s on the older side, but very functional - and has things like air conditioning that aren’t at all givens in the area. WiFi works great, including for work from home. It’s equipped with the basics (and some unexpected odds and ends!), but if you want particular kitchen or bathroom supplies you may want to bring your own. It’s also very easy to pick up anything you need nearby. Would recommend!

The place was awesome! The backyard and dock were the best in discovery bay. The house was easy to find and had lots of parking. The house was really clean and spacious for our 11 guests. The only thing to be aware of about this place is it takes a bit of time to travel from the main part of the river to the house so if you don’t mind a chill 20 minute boat ride to the main river its perfect.

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving get away! Our family had a great time at Terra & Chris' home celebrating thanksgiving and visiting family. The home was clean, spacious and had multiple bedrooms! Terra & Chris were very responsive & very helpful answering all my questions!! We enjoyed our trip and would book again !

This was a really easy stay. No long list of rules. No “don’t touch this” signs, no list of checkout instructions. She simply asked us to put towels in the washer and load the dishwasher and start it if possible. Kitchen was better stocked than any other property I’ve stayed in. They even provided laundry detergent. No complaints at all, we had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. My only comment would be that although it does comfortably sleep six and would work great for a family, I don’t know how comfortable three unrelated couples would be. There’s only seating for 4 at the table and in the living room (though there are also 4 counter stools) and the third bedroom is very small compared to the other

We had a great time! The AirBnB is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Really enjoyed the outdoor space!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carlos's place. It's a spacious and welcoming space. Everything is well thought out and our daughter had plenty of games and books to entertain herself. It's the perfect location, close to Lake Merritt and lots of cafes and restaurants. Carlos and his family are wonderful hosts! Thank you so much, we will be back again!

Very nice place, super clear instructions for check-in and check-out, very clean, and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood walkable to BART and a few restaurants and coffee shops. Just as described, would happily stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was a wonderful house to stay in! It felt just like home away from home. There was a little sign for us when we first arrived and ingredients for us to cook breakfast for our first morning including farm fresh eggs! Our babies loved the vacation getaway and we even got to have our fur babies with us. Don and Lori went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with everyone to enjoy:)

There were several things I really enjoyed about Danping's place. One, the views of the Bay were stunning. Clean windows had a lot to do with that. Two, the hardwood floors were in perfect shape. Not always the case. Made for a cool bungalow feel. Three, the kitchen was spotless with a new and large refrigerator. A must for a family of five. Four, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was in bad need of sleep. Five, the temperature controls were a Honeywell with four weekday and weekend settings each. I have the same at home. Made for an efficient use of heat. Six, though we tidied up quite a bit, it was nice to know that we did not need to be so anal about cleaning. Finally and perhaps most importantly, Danping was exceptionally responsive. Not so easy around the holidays, so it was very much appreciated.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at Sonny’s House on the Lake. There were plenty of things to do in and outside the house. The house was very clean and I had many of my friends that I stayed with say that they would love to rent this place again and bring their families next time; I definitely share their sentiments as well. Sonny was very helpful and informative, yet wasn’t pushy or overbearing. This made the stay super enjoyable and relaxing. One tip for anyone staying here is don’t forget there is a hidden game room next to the garage. Thanks again for letting my friends and I stay at your beautiful home Sonny, I hope to rent this place from you again in the future. For those on the fence of whether they should stay here or not… trust me and just do it. You’ll love it here.

D's place was fantastic! Communication was superb, the house was perfectly clean and a great base for my visiting work week. Amenities were top notch and some of the best I've seen. Will definitely return!

it was really great stay with Vilma's place. I have never experienced with such a great host,who is a very proactive supporter and very quick responser. Definitely recommend to choose this place if you stay in around San Mateo.

Megan has clearly thought a lot about what her guests' comfort and convenience. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked for a short or long stay. I counted 13 quality electrical appliances, a variety of bdthroom supplies and and even emergency necessities. The sleeping spaces were comfortable and high quality. The back deck was delightful. The oroperty very well kept. Communication reponsive amd speedy. The computer workspace and tv were superlative.

Very helpful, friendly and responsive host. Brilliant location with shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Had some minor issues with the apartment during our stay and the host definitely made up for it, quickly and proportionately. Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Would definitely recommend!

We had 5 of us staying at Hunter's place while we were doing a continuing education course in Albany. This was the perfect AirBNB for us! We all had our individual rooms, the kitchen was easily workable with 5 people preparing their own meals, having 3 bathrooms was amazing, and the living room was large enough for us to all comfortably gather to review our notes from the course that day! We would absolutely book at Hunter's place again! Plus, it's in walking distance to some amazing shops, restaurants, and coffee shops!

Perfect place for my kids and family. We had four adults and two kids and plenty more room! Place felt cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Blocks away from Costco and the mall including lots of places to eat. Only a few minutes from major parks and things to do. Jiayi was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

Angela is great, and we really enjoyed our extended stay. The minor shortcomings were that (1) there wasn't much space for 2 people to work or eat comfortably (particularly if we were both working from home), other than the patio table - which was great on warm days but we couldn't really use it for that purpose during the evenings or on cooler days (which ended up being most of our stay); and (2) the bed was a little hard and lumpy. We appreciated having all the basic amenities and the peaceful backyard oasis, though. It really felt like home.

My family stayed at Nora’s place two times, once at the start and once at the end of their trip. Both times their experience was great. It’s their first time staying at an Airbnb and they took away positive experience due to the home’s cleanliness and well-kempt home. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views were splendid. We would be happy to book this place again if the opportunity arises!
