Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alamosa County

Clean, cozy, and unique space that was easily worth the price and just as described. We kept plenty warm despite it being 20 degrees thanks to the heaters and heated blankets. Had everything we needed and was a delightful stay! Would definitely stay here again! Patrick was a great and responsive host who provided very clear instructions and preheated the space for us so it was cozy when we arrived.

Beautiful location! Clean, comfortable, modern home surrounded by nature. Very responsive helpful host. Provided basic toiletries, lots of dishes, games, laundry soap, and even sleds!

The wood cabin was comfortable and cozy, especially in the winter. The wood burning stove kept the main area really warm with plenty of wood logs supplied. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast food and all the utensils you need to cook. There were thoughtful touches to amenities needed for a comfortable stay like board games, books, extra toothbrushes, etc. While the cabin is in the valley, the location is central to a lot of recreational places with Sangre de Cristo mountains to the right and San Juan mountains to the left. We were 40 min to sand dunes in the east, 60 min to wolfcreek ski area to the west, and about 30 min to del norte. It’s also dark sky at night so you can see the stars and the constellations really well at night. Great find!

Alamosa is a great little town, surrounded by really cool things to do - especially Great Sand Dunes and the hot springs - this house is perfect spot to explore the area - lots of space to sleep, as a house, it has all the kitchen goodies, yard, easy parking, quiet, quiet, quiet... just outside of town. we really enjoyed our time and will be back.

The house was perfect for our family’s visit to Alamosa for a wedding. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with toiletries, cooking supplies, pots and pans, laundry detergent and the like. The house was lovely and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The space exceeded our expectations—it was much more spacious than the pictures showed. The kitchen was particularly impressive, equipped with high-quality appliances and tools, making it perfect for families who enjoy cooking during their stay. The house itself was well-designed and incredibly comfortable. A big shoutout to Brenda,! She was absolutely fantastic. Despite our travel delays and late arrival around midnight, she stayed in touch, guiding us to the property and ensuring we arrived safely. Her communication was top-notch throughout the stay. The location was ideal for exploring the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Alamosa, and San Luis. There’s good cell signal in the area, making navigation easy. Plus, the house features Starlink internet, which worked seamlessly, so it’s a great spot for anyone needing to work remotely.
