Situated in the Vale of York between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, this cosy, modern guest annexe is in a central village location with excellent transport links. The suite has private access, contactless check-in via key-safe and off-street parking. There is a comfortable double bed, sofabed (these are in the same room) Freeview TV, mini fridge, crockery and cutlery for a night in with a takeaway, alternatively there are three pubs within easy walking distance serving pub grub.

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog (please ensure you register your dog when booking).
