Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

It’s my second time to stay at Leonarda’s place. As during my previous stay everything was above and beyond expectations. I will definitely come back if again in Pescara. Thank you Leonarda for being such a generous and caring host!

Lorenzo is an exceptional and very responsive host, he responds promptly to every message and makes the entire stay pleasant. The house is cozy and comfortable, it feels like home. Great location and the place is quiet, ideal for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

Where to even begin. I think Simone and Rita’s place was the single best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The place was incredibly clean and really well stocked. Everything from cooking utensils to oils and seasoning (plus coffee) was there waiting for us. The two outdoor patios and the option to open almost the entire place up was a luxurious experience. The place was bigger than expected and had room for all our stuff to be put away neatly. Simone and his family are incredible hosts. They were very kind, hospitable but always respected our privacy. Beautiful family and it was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend and I will look to return and visit again.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Christian's apartment was just like the photos - exquisite! We were attending a family wedding and everyone was amazed at our accommodation in comparison to their hotels. Christian was so helpful and answered any queries we had promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Pescara - restaurants, shops, cafe's, bars and beach within close proximity.

This was a lovely apartment for our family of 6. We were able to have adequate room for all of us to be together or to separate with our own balconies. Having an outdoor and indoor dining table made meals together a lovely thing! Restaurants were easy to walk to and so was gelato. Overall, a wonderful home for our family trip!

We loved this cozy little apartment in L’Aquila! The apartment had everything we needed to serve as our base camp while exploring Gran Sasso. Directions to get into the apartment were detailed and easy to follow. In a quiet neighborhood but an easy and short drive to the mountains, shops, restaurants, and the city center.

Small apartment equipped with every essential element to spend a week of vacation. The house is in an area close to the center, the long sea and all the necessary amenities (all within walking distance). Raffaella was available to give us information and flexible for check-in and check-out times.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for the beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, since I was there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will present itself as a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is stately, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was an amazing and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I will definitely be back!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.

Quite small but well-structured accommodation, good location ( 20 meters from the sea) inside there is practically everything ( no sheets as written between the information of the accommodation ). We were a little unfortunate with the cleaning (a few hair too far around and I have finished the shower drain myself ) but it can happen , the kitchen and living room were in excellent condition . I recommend it because I had a good time and it is in an area that for us was strategic to visit this beautiful region !
