Apartamento situado en una de las zonas con mas encanto de la ciudad a tan solo 20 metros del Puente Romano , 200 metros de la Casa Lis en pleno casco histórico pero rodeado de zonas verdes. El apartamento esta reformado en mayo de 2017 , se encuentra en la planta baja del edificio y esta distribuido en dos plantas, en la planta principal se encuentra el salón/cocina y el baño, y en el piso inferior (semisotano) ,que cuenta con muros antiguos integrados en la vivienda, dos dormitorios dobles.

Every day 5 inhabitants live so calm is assured. Piedrahita is 10min. drive, for shopping. Just 30 minutes from many places of interest: Peñanegra flight area, Corneja Valley, La Covatilla ski resort, Jerte valley and many routes that you can do on foot and also by bike.

Centrally located penthouse with the best view in town

Attic located on the banks of the Tormes River, next to the Roman Bridge and cathedrals. It is the former headquarters of an independent publishing house. It is truly central, but far removed from the bustle of the city. The views of its three terraces are unbeatable: Salamanca's authentic postcard. It also has WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and a large garage space included in the price of the lift.

Beautiful penthouse in the centre of the town, on the edge of the pedestrian area. It has modern and functional furnishing, so that you can have a comfortable and nice stay. All the doors of the apartment lead to a 50m2 terrace equipped with a dining area and deckchairs. You can park your car for free on the streets a few blocks away. There is a discount on weekly or monthly stays.

Small apartment completely renovated, situated in Salamanca's old town. The apartment is a few meters away from the cathedrals and the old university facade.
