House holiday rentals in Alba

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous house! From the very beginning Gabriella was so helpful with answering questions and offering up suggestions of where to eat, shop and what vineyards to visit. Elena who lives close buy met us at check in and was so very kind and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 8 and were able to spread out comfortably and have plenty of private space. We ate all of our meals outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including two refrigerators! The location is perfect for a stay in Piedmont. You are in the country where it is peaceful and private, however the city of Canelli is just a short drive away. We spent most of our evenings out by the swimming pool that was in pristine condition and so relaxing. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would love to return!!!

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

Wonderful charming location with an amazing view. Very good equipped.

We felt very comfortable in the antique cottage, which does not deny its rural origins. Fabrizio has preserved the rustic style well and originally with design and furnishings despite modernization. The large, fenced garden is wonderful, where we and our dog felt very comfortable. The highlight for us was the pool, which is large enough for a small swimming workout. The morning highlight for us was breakfast in the Bar del gatto, where not only the coffee and brioche were very delicious, but also the contacts were very nice. The cassetta del melograno is very suitable for people who, like us, like rural life, hikes/walks, good food and peace and quiet and are not put off by the humid climate of Piedmont - even when the sun is shining. We will be happy to come back.

The anticipation was great and it was definitely worth it! Max and Olga are super friendly, charming, helpful and child-friendly people. The house has a very nice atmosphere, it was a lot of fun to explore everything. Everything was pleasant in the living area and all other rooms and the house is very refreshing and not hot. The view of the vineyards from the bathroom or from the terrace or by the pool is spectacular. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to recharge your batteries and unwind then you have come to the right place. The pool is a mega highlight and remains unforgettable. The kids had so much fun in the pool and are already missing the good times. We also really took the super cute dogs to our hearts. All in all, indescribably beautiful, we will definitely be back. The French would say jadore. Be sure to try the delicious wine!!! Very happy about this beautiful and unique place! You will love the hosts.

The best choice I could have made, Silvana was an excellent host, very accurate and caring with every detail; it is a reassuring place, engaging for those who love nature and spacious spaces and also for those who want to get away from the city. I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Quiet area and well-organized house

Genevieve and her husband were excellent hosts! They gave us directions to find the house (since it’s a little off the beaten path), welcomed us to the house and gave lots of great recommendations for the area. Very friendly and helpful! The house was great, only thing to note is that there was a very steep staircase, so for my older parents it was a little difficult. The view from the house is gorgeous, surrounded by vineyards. Highly recommended!!

Really beautiful and well-maintained structure. A large pool area with a great view. The house has two facilities: the rustic (with a barbecue fireplace and a living room with Ping pong/kitchenette and useful things) and the main house with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen on the table and window overlooking the garden, large and spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms of which one large. Excellent cleanliness, very nice and warm welcome: it is difficult to feel bad in Ca’ d’ Ros!

We have absolutely adored our two weeks here. In the morning the way the sun comes into the kitchen for breakfast, the days spent outside reading in front of the most stunning view on the veranda, having lunch in the most perfect spot, and the evenings so warm and cosy by the fire. The house is decorated to perfection, it’s modern and classic, every thing is so beautiful and tasteful. The art makes it. We have felt totally at home here and we’re sad to part, but we are already dreaming of returning in the future.
