Holiday rentals with a patio in Albaicín

Accessibility was good no matter where I went in Granada, and the check-in process was smooth. The person who helped me check in was also very kind, and the condition of the accommodation was good. It was a good stay. Thank you.

The apartment looks better than the pictures. The terrace is amazing and has amazing views. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bedrooms were quiet. The faucets and appliances were modern and efficient. Good WiFi. Towels were excellent quality, large and fluffy. Furniture very comfortable. Loved lighting, decor, windows, shades! So nice!

Beautiful apartment, quiet setting in the city center! A real pleasure to be 1 minute from shops, restaurants, tourist attractions... What can I say about the terrace and hot tub? Breakfast on the rooftop, and swimming at the end of the day ... in February. Great. Parking was a concern but it's not far and we were able to exit/enter several times without any problem. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Raul’s place. It was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. Loved the privacy and peaceful surroundings. Convenient to get into town by bus and we also could park a motorcycle easily. Raul was also friendly and responsive. Recommended!

A Perfect Stay in Granada – Ideal Location We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Granada! The location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance, from historic sites to charming plazas, and some of the best restaurants were just around the corner. One of the standout features was the secured parking less than a block away. While the parkade is tight (you’ll need a small car), having a safe, designated spot in the heart of the city was a huge bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was well-designed, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals if you wanted to stay in. Every detail had been considered to make the stay comfortable and the patio was lovely. Our host was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions and making check-in seamless. We felt well taken care of throughout and would stay there again!

The stay was ideal, the house was magnificent, we stayed 2 adults and 3 children, to stand out and thank you for the iron and the hairdryer, also the detergent for the washing machine,the perfect heating; the area with different places to eat and diversity for all tastes, a coviran a few meters away, a coffee shop with very rich churros, and the parking lot is very important, it is not on the same street but there was no problem to park very close by just 3-4 minutes from the house and a free parking lot very close by.

Very nice apartment, according to description, full of details, coffee, breakfast, snacks, everything is very clean, kitchen with everything you need. Great terrace that we have been lucky enough to enjoy for the good weather and very practical indoor parking space to get home and not worry about finding a place. María Dolores welcomed us in person, gave us explanations of everything and was pending to help us organize the weekend with indications on what to do in the area, very useful given that Granada is very busy and you have to know how to move according to the day. Highly recommended, quiet area, quick access to downtown and the roads that connect to the mountains, the Alhambra and other points of interest. To repeat without a doubt.

Yolanda's apartment was the best experience in Spain, not only in Granada. It had a better view of Granada than the pictures and I think its beauty is comparable to the Alhambra. In addition, information about transportation and restaurants for us when we visited Spain for the first time, it was information that we couldn't throw away. If I visit Spain again, I would not hesitate to stay at Yolanda's place for more than 3 days. Recommended to anyone visiting Granada.

Rafa is a very good host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is great, but the heater needs to be improved as it can be a bit cold in winter. Another detail is that there is effectively free parking is the immediate vicinity (which is what is mentioned in the listing description) but it can be difficult to find a place available, this is not Rafa's fault but maybe (note the “maybe”) should be mentioned at the first opportunity.

Our stay in Monachil has been exceptional. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and with spectacular views of the mountains. The location is perfect for both exploring the Sierra Nevada National Park and enjoying the tranquility of the village. Miguel was a attentive host and always willing to help, which made us feel at home. Definitely a totally recommended experience and we will repeat in the future.

The spectacular house, the owner is very attentive, the house was just like in the photos, very modern and very nice. It has direct views of a beautiful woodland, which to go with children is the best, and close to Sierra Nevada and many other things to do., shops nearby, for shopping and for a drink. Highly recommended.

Incredible! Such an amazing home- every bathroom was an art masterpiece and the view from the terrace was unbeatable. Beds comfy, central location. A bit loud on nights the bar below was open but otherwise ok. Loved it! Would definitely return.

Fantastic place and location, one of the best AirnBnb experiences I've had. The home was very clean, wonderfully decorated, with amazing views from both bedrooms and the top terrace. Steven (native Eng speaker?) is super friendly, informative. responsive, accommodating. Beautiful walks are through and above the village and in the valley below. Sierra Nevada ski station is a winding 20-25-min drive up the hill. Lots of restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, butcher, small supermarket (with produce) all within a few minutes walking. Huge value for the price. No real downsides, just items to be awara of. The free parking garage nearby has 5 levels and was often near full, so if you have luggage recommend dropping it with your passenger(s) at the entrance to avoid hauling up the stairs. The wood-burning stove is amazing, but the scent could impact you if you're sensitive to it (we loved it). Visited with only my son, but plan to return with other family! This place is a real gem - thanks Steven!

We had a wonderful stay. Whilst Nick was away we were very well cared for indeed by Rosie, who met us, recommended walks and restaurants and helped us out with any questions. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place we parked the car for 3 days and walked, sat in the garden, listened to the birds, explored the town and enjoyed the sound of the river nearby. It is an idyllic place that has everything we needed to cook, relax and 'get away from it all'. We also stayed at Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort on our trip to Spain, though realised that in the future Nick's place is a great location from which to visit these as well. We would love to return one day.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Raquel, the apartment was well equipped, perfectly clean and cosy. Only the hot water was a little bit problematic as it was not always available.

Espectacular home

A wonderful stay. The flat has everything you need . It is clean , very comfortable mattresses and pillows . Quiet , you can relax perfectly . You can hear the stream below . Loli was so nice that she welcomed us at 12:00 , even though the served starts at 15:00

Ivan is a very attentive and flexible host. The apartment is an old palace that they are renovating themselves with a lot of style and affection. We were going to ski in Sierra Nevada and the location was a luxury, everything was highly recommended.

It has been a great stay, with all the amenities, very comfortable, the accommodation is spacious, with a very good distribution, which allows the comfort of all tenants, quiet, new and beautiful place. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

Isa is a wonderful host. She gives a lot of useful information and is very helpfull. Our son felt really bad and she helped us find a doctor. That was great. Apartment was also fantastic. It has all you need. It is very clean and comfortable. We felt like in home. And there is also garage for a car. Easy to access, which in Granada is a good thing. From the apartment it is close to historic center of Granada. You can even walk to Alhambra. We walked everywhere with our children. And the apartment has a nice heating, which in February is a useful thing. Well for us it was a perfect place to stay in Granada.
