People with mobility issues long staircase to house. Will do winter bookings. But deck is not usable. You maintain the walkways ways I have shovels,sand.

Hickory Hill is a working family farm set in the rolling Catskills upstate New York, 40 minutes west of Albany. There are sweeping lawns, walking trails over 200 acres of woodland, a pond for lazy boating and a clay tennis court Guests stay in the newer wing with 4 rooms and 3 baths, with full use of a spacious live-in kitchen. There is an ajoining dining room with seating for 8-10 people.

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins here at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!
