Everything was perfect. Small place but very very nice! Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! At first, the flat felt a bit “basementy” since it’s on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to it and felt very comfortable. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including shower gels. Getting to the city center is super easy - just hop on bus 65 or 31. Metro is close as well. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but I’d recommend taking the bus to the center for more options. Thanks Andrea. Would defintely visit again!

Toni was very friendly and very friendly. The accommodation offered is very clean and well located 2 minutes from a bus stop to the city center or 8 minutes walk from the metro. The photos are completely accurate to the apartment.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

Very good value for money for our 3 nights. Away from the city centre but nice 30 minute walk or 5 minute walk to nearest metro. Nice & clean apartment, very spacious. Check in was very easy as we were met in the apartment. Kindly allowed to store our luggage in apartments after checkout as we flew later in the day. Very good spot if taking a trip to Madrid, thanks guys 👍🏻

Excellent location situated in a courtyard with lots of outdoor bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable and matched the description. Daniel was an excellent host and gave some great recommendations.

Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

We are all looking forward to our next visit.

María Jesus was an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to the excitement of Malasaña, but offered a nice reprise after long days of walking the streets. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at this apartment, I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed my stay. The location was super central and in the middle of popular areas near Gran Via and Sol. The place was no more than a 20-minute walk from any of the major tourist sites you might visit (and often less), and located 10-15 minutes from fun restaurants, tapas-bar streets, markets and the popular churro spot etc. The apartment interior was as described, very clean, charming, and well-decorated. I really enjoyed having the big window to look out on a popular pedestrian street that runs between Sol and Gran via, it had excellent people watching and felt vibrant and located in the heart of things. Despite it being central and on a popular street, it was remarkably insulated from noise day and night, and noise was never a concern at any point. Fernando was very responsive and ensured I was able to check in and out with ease and provided useful local recommendations.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. We had an amazing time.

I can't say enough about the location!! I'm not a shopper but this location was just around the corner from Gran Via - which has anything and everything you would ever want! Great and abundant food options steps away in every direction, plus large parks close and further distances away. The Royal Palace is an easy 10 minute walk as is Puerta del Sol. I like to walk miles and miles and miles, so in addition to those locations above, I walked to the University and to Parque Retiro and other areas that I felt were very walkable from this location, including the Very Fun and Most Excellent Mercado San Miguel. I can't say enough about it! Felipe was VERY HELPFUL and responsive with my questions before check-in, and everything was so perfect I didn't need to talk to him afterwards at all!

Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Cozy, safe, and comfortable apartment central to all things in Madrid! My husband and I had a lovely stay at Raquel’s place. Very communicative host who provided all we needed for our stay! We would absolutely come again!

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

very nice apartment on 3 levels. Fun and original, tastefully furnished. New furniture, tidy, close to all the main attractions, we walked around. Nearby grocery stores, great restaurants nearby. Just a stone's throw from art museums.
