Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Volledig ingerichte keuken, 2 badkamers met toilet, extra toilet op de begane grond. 2 Terrassen (op 1e en 2de verdieping), op de beneden verdieping een kleine buitenruimte. Uitzicht op Lissabon, openbaar vervoer in de buurt en tal van restaurantjes en barretjes. En niet te vergeten Freeport de grootste outlet shopping mal van europa!

Cantinho do Montijo / 35min from Lisbon

Recently remodeled accommodation, located in Montijo. The bus stop connecting Montijo to Lisbon is 540 meters away. There is another stop at 120 meters that takes us to Cais do Seixalinho, where we can make the beautiful boat crossing to downtown Lisbon in 30 minutes. No Montijo there are several cafes, restaurants and bars with good surroundings, several supermarkets, a large shopping center and several green spaces scattered throughout the city. Ideal for a comfortable vacation!

Alcochete is a village in the district of Setúbal, belonging to the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The bus stop is at 200 meters, and so it connects Alcochete to Lisbon in just 20 minutes. Very close we also have the Freeport Outlet of Alcochete, a wonderful river beach with two bars, several cafes with good nightlife and green spaces for strolling. Vacation-friendly!
