The house was built 2010 with first quality materials. Vertent Nou is situated about 45 minutes from Palma. Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, for example, induction hob.

This renovated old country house has belonged to our family for several generations. In the past, the cultivation and livestock were kept. (cows, pigs, chickens...)
