The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

It consists of ground floor with garage and bathroom, the first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a small terrace. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The parking is ideal for storing sports equipment (bicycle, mountain equipment, etc.) The tourist tax must be paid, two euros per day and per person, approved by the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. (Large Supermarkets) ASK FOR OUR NEW JET SKI RIDE -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs. There is community wifi and also a higher quality wifi, private and free WiFi exclusively for my guests
