The house is beautiful and well kept. The view is amazing and it is a very peaceful area that goes through a beautiful valley not far from Hellesylt Many waterfalls and mountains are along the way.

Kari was welcoming and friendly. Her place was lovely with lots of thoughtful touches and amenities that we appreciated. It was an easy drive into downtown Alesund and was a great base for our travels!

We had the most incredible stay at Monica and Vidar’s place in Flo! The house was absolutely amazing, equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of, including everything needed for a baby - a bed, a high chair, and more. It truly felt like they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Monica and Vidar are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond. When snow covered the area, they even brought slides for us to enjoy - it was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was super warm and cozy, and the views from every window were absolutely breathtaking. We were incredibly fortunate to witness the Northern Lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. We visited during New Year’s, and Monica and Vidar had decorated the house beautifully - it felt so festive and welcoming. Our group consisted of three families, and everyone was delighted. Great place,great bathroom Amazing view and surroundings

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. Enjoy the hot tub under the starry sky and northern lights.🥰 There was everything we needed. Nice service and glass in different varieties. Good sofa and space around the dining table. A perfect weekend!!

This is a special place! Best of everything Norway has to offer. Quaint island community, a perfect peaceful getaway with easy and scenic drives to Alesund (15mins) or day trips to Loen, Stryn, and Geiranger. Traveled with another family and all had our own spaces, with beautiful accommodations, well appointed & extremely clean. The neighbor kids immediately greeted our two children and fast friends were made. We would sit outside on the deck or pier and listen to sounds of kids laughing and having fun everywhere, pulling fish, snails or crabs out of the water over & over again or playing at the local playground. Not to mention the hospitality of the neighbors (homemade strawberry jam, an evening fishing trip, and some local crab claw snacks). And hiking….. the most spectacular views hiking to Storhornet and back down the ridge to the island school. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed the endless views from nearly every spot outside or inside the house. Core memories made!

Very cozy and beautiful place to get away from the city surmise and have a quiet time. Everything is very nice and cozy house interiors even stunning from the coziness. There are all the amenities and everything you could need in your stay. I really recommend it and I think I will not visit myself yet.

Asbjorn is super personable and very helpful. The house is located in the beautiful surroundings with many excursion possibilities. House is huge with everything you need, but rather old-fashioned. However, it is still recommended.
