This spacious lakefront home is close to everything but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Take the walking path to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the local brewery, bait shops, the farmers market or to the local park. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the lake with a cup of coffee from our coffee bar, fish off the dock all summer long, take our paddleboards for a ride or bicycles for a spin. Ice fish in the winter or bring your snowmobiles to ride on the famous 360 miles of groomed trails.

This spacious home just went through a complete remodel and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. This home has many upscale touches and can sleep up to 12 people. The shoreline on Lake Shamineau is flat, sandy, and clear, making it a great place to swim with the kids, paddle boat, and fish off the dock. The home backs Pine Ridge golf course and has activities for all seasons.
