Cozy three bedroom bungalow with large roof terrace. Ideal for big family or group of seven person. 10 min drive from Airport and beautiful (blue flag) beach Carabassi is only at 5-10 minute walk. The area is calm and the house is facing to a natural reserve. Bars and restaurants are at 150m. The housing is surrounded by garden area. There are lots of fountains, 4 private pools, kids play area, small gym area, football court etc! Area is surrounded by fences and very safe. Cars cannot enter.

Semi-detached house completely refurbished in 2018 in modern style only a few meters from the sandy beach, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and 900 meters from the village of Moraira. Sea views, communal pool, fast fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, Smart-TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Villamartin house in beautiful location

Our cosy and modern bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There is a solarium with stunning views to the sea. It is walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches just a short 10 minute drive away. A car is advisable. Please note: Due to a change in the law by the Communidad de Valenciana, all Airbnb hosts in this area are only able to accept bookings for 10 days or less. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
