Beachfront holiday rentals in Alicante

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful week at El Portet Beach. Great contact with Almarina before our stay and an early check in was extremely helpful. The villa/house is absolutely beautiful and very cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay and lots of storage and space. The garden area is beautiful and very well maintained. What surprised us most was how peaceful it was but in less than 5 minutes you are on El Portet beach. We really hope to return and throughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

You often worry if descriptions and photo's reflect the actual property accurately - if anything, the reality is better than the photo's. Stunning, modern villa that is walking distance to the village. I didn't expect the pool to be so large, didn't know it was a private gated residential area and that the master bedroom suite would be so large and comfortable. Always best to exceed expectations and this property certainly did that.

A beautiful family stay, everything was perfect...the welcome by Mirella, Allessandra's mother, a charming and caring lady. Mirella welcomes you with great kindness and gave us some great tips for our walks. Discreet, but meeting her was a real pleasure for a cordial and joyful exchange. I recommend this wonderful, peaceful place, with all the amenities.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Stian is a great host, always attentive to our questions, resolving them superfast. Everything was perfect, the house was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Cabo Roig beach, La Zenia beach and shopping centers. Thank you very much! 🙏

Perfect location bang on the beach; clean, safe, all the equipment you need for a Benidorm bash. Highly recommend!

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

We stayed in this beautiful three-story house and the experience couldn't have been better. The house is very nice, cozy and equipped with everything you need, ideal for a family vacation with children. The location is great: a short walk to Nowbor beach and close to everything, including a Mercadona just minutes away. In addition, from the terrace there are spectacular views that made our even more special evenings. It is also very well located to visit villages such as Jávea, Altea or Benidorm. It was a very pleasant and welcoming stay. We would definitely do it again!

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

We loved the house, welcoming, clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The amazing views, felt like not going out so you could enjoy the terrace. David was quick to respond to our questions. Undoubtedly to be repeated, highly recommended.

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.
