Het centrum van Alkmaar is op 5 minuten loopafstand. De monumenten, grachten, winkels, musea en terrassen maken Alkmaar m tot een sfeervolle stad. Op een halfuur van Amsterdam én een kwartier van het Noordzeestrand, per auto. Een mooie omgeving om fietsend te ontdekken. Het station 20min lopen van het appartement.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

100 years old farmhouse with 7 bikes

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bike clubs and families, who do not want to sit in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's house, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

In front of the door is opportunity to park a car or motorbike for free on our own premises. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark within walking distance of Haarlem Centre and Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the vicinity, ideal for walking and biking trips. A bike rental is nearby.
