The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Cozy Tiny House with Terrace

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

In the morning of the photos it was not far to the south of France, in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour directly from the house. Climbing, canoeing are possible in the valley. The Danube bike path is about 500 m away.

Former economics building of the Försterei, converted in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, looking further over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis-Therme can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other spas within about 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
