Chalet, panoramic lake and mountain views

Unique and dominant location, a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Without being isolated, we believe ourselves in a refuge, surrounded by this nature which has 1100m of altitude is very varied. Without construction in front, quiet, at the very end of the village of Pontis famous for its beech forest and its "Hairdressing Bridesmaids " . Walks when leaving the chalet with beautiful views and the lake 5 minutes away. Disconnect and rest assured!

Authentic cottage in a dream setting

For nature lovers, the 65 m² chalet is located at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level, on the road to Lake Allos, 4 km from the village of Allos and the start of the slopes for the Sinus ski resort and 10 km from the Foux d 'Allos resort. It sits in an old farmhouse in the middle of a hamlet and in the middle of pastures with stunning views of the mountains. It is totally independent with large balcony and garden. Summer is a great base for hikes.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. Brand new chalet bottom on one level in mountain village. In the apartment you will discover a pellet stove that will guarantee you warm evenings by the fire. With its "mountain" decoration combining fir and stone, you will have all the necessary comforts. The beds are made and bath linens, linens provided. 3km from the station, free shuttle buses run (round trip) all day long in winter. You will enjoy the peace and nature.
