Beautiful large 4 1/2 completely renovated. Ground floor located at Lake Kénogami less than 300 meters from the lake and 10 minutes from Jonquière. Direct access to snowmobile trails in winter. Water sports paradise in summer. Very large wooded grounds, walking trails or snowshoes on private grounds in the back, lots of lawn and wooded. Fully furnished and fully equipped. Patio door and balcony with BBQ. Outdoor space for fires and concrete thuile space with picnic table. No smoking!
