For rent is a quaint, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, in about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wild Oven. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours to the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The design loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for private use. Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isarlage. The city center is within 5 minutes of the Isar promenade. Shopping facilities such as baker's butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are each double rooms with a shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all the rooms can be locked individually

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
