Holiday rentals with beach access in Alpes-Maritimes

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We had a great time in a very beautiful environment. CAPE 3000 with all its shops is a 3-minute walk away Many restaurants are nearby. Christelle is a very nice and super accommodating hotel. When at the accommodation,there is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We plan to come back next year. I would highly recommend it

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Josephine’s home is absolutely beautiful. We used the central location in Antibes as a base for exploring the French Riviera, which was perfect since we were in the area in March and it’s not the right time of year to spend time at the beach. In the summer, Josephine’s house would be a perfect place to stay to go to the beach, and you’d never want to leave. She has thought of all of the little details and amenities that make staying in a home convenient and pleasant, and the design of the home is so chic, it feels much more high end than the prices she charges. Amazing stay, book it!

This apartment is spectacular! Building is modern, clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. Enjoying dining in JLP! The view is mesmerizing and sunsets over Cannes. Enjoyed seeing the activity on the boardwalk, people strolling. Lots of young families in JLP. We visited from the US for a week with our 7-month old baby. Appreciated the crib, toys, beach supplies and well stocked kitchen. Check in was smooth. Allowed a few hours early with thorough instructions. 5-star and highest recommendation for your holiday!

Excellent stay at Sandrine's, in all respects as described on the AirBnb website. Perfect for a short trip, (5 nights for us). Plage de la Salis a stone's throw away in season, near Cap d 'Antibes for walks. Perfect welcome by Sandrine, at the arrival bottle of water, orange juice & pastries available. A very good point to note, this is not always the case in other rentals. In short, very satisfied with these 5 days spent in Antibes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Philippa’s apartment. We especially loved the outside space, and how close it was to the sea (both Juan les Pins and Antibes). Philippa was very helpful and friendly when we had any questions. The apartment was perfect for a few days - really comfortable bed, lovely shower, and nice and cool with the tile floors and shutters. We hope to return!!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

We had a pleasant stay in this small seaside apartment. Highlights of the environment are the gardens of orange and lemon trees that abound, and, in another register, the proximity to the train station that allows you to do without a car to go to Monaco, Menton, and even easily to the Italian border.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

Very pleasant stay at Malin's place. The villa is very well located, in a peaceful area both preserved from the tourist hustle and bustle and close to the center, beaches and shops (shopping center, bakeries, pharmacy...). The villa complies with the description, functional, clean and embellished with a well-maintained garden. The pergola was appreciated during this hot season. The salt pool, the most remarkable value of the villa, offers great swimming comfort. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Wonderful hideaway in Antibes. We were welcome by Nicolas and he explained the whole place to us. 3 comfy bedrooms, as we traveled with our two daughters. Good equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms. We also used the washing machine and dryer. As our stay was in winter, we also used the heaters in every room to have the place warm and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and extremely quiet. Some steps from the house your are at Port Gallice or the beach in Juan Les Pins. We did several walks around the Cap and to Antibes - for both a perfect place to start a walk. Nicolas was very friendly and helpful with several Tipps for Restaurants. We will love to come back.

Exemplary hosts, Thank you very much to Flo and Estelle for the clear and precise instructions and their friendly welcome. The apartment is well equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tour guide is very useful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle boarding, location facing the sea are notable advantages. I would highly recommend it 2 adults and 1 4 year old child. Loïc Juillerat

Great, well-equipped accommodation with all the shops nearby. Very bright and well appointed. Amira is a responsive and attentive professional host ( despite our early departure) I highly recommend it!

Wonderful small apartment greatly located in the top floor of an old building (with elevator) with the best possible view (in real actually even better than on the pictures). I stayed for 4 weeks to work here in home office and it was truly amazing waking up to that view every morning, having all necessary shops located only a few steps away and being able to go for a swim by just crossing the street. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again when in Nice.

We had a lovely time at Delphine’s place. Their apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The oceanfront view is stunning to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. We were warmly greeted by Nicolas who went above and beyond to help us with the check in process.

the studio corresponded exactly to the description & photos. claude/dominique were very nice, helpful and always available. the location is very good. you are at sentier littorlal in 5 minutes. will be happy to come back.👌🤗👍
