Walk one flight up to the parlor apartment, which looks out on Jones Street. Soaring 12-foot ceilings create a spacious feeling; decor is shabby vintage and homey. Simple kitchen and bathroom but with everything you need to live like a New Yorker. Tall windows look out onto Jones Street.

There's plenty of space, small workstations in both bedrooms, good energy, plants and light. There are no places like this in this area!
