Very good stay at Romain's, nice and functional apartment with nice decoration. Beautiful unobstructed view from the balcony but we were also pleasantly surprised by the view of the bedrooms overlooking a small forest. Opening the shutters in the early morning what a surprise to fall in front of a family of deer!!! We were able to observe them for several minutes, we were delighted. The sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable, a little old I think. Crib, hair dryer etc. The apartment is very well equipped, we did not lack anything! We enjoyed the accommodation and will be happy to go back! Thanks!

very well arranged apartment on 2 levels with sanitary facilities and shower room on each level. very specific and very useful instructions. a garage and basement can be used to hang laundry if it rains. it's a nice rental and very intentional owners. the gift of "welcome" is very appreciated.

The great house we spent 5 unforgettable days. As a detail, the coffee machine broke and a few minutes after warning Marta we had another one at the door of the house. We will be back for sure.

The house is spectacular with breathtaking views of the entire central Catalan prelitoral and Montserrat. The garage is very large and the facilities new and super clean. We didn't miss a thing. Very attentive and friendly hosts. All in all, a place to spend some quiet days enjoying the house and the views.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy to find and good communications from the host

Large, typical and friendly apartment. clean and tidy. possibility of renting gated parking space. lively neighborhood, many shops; beach and metro L2 10 min on foot (20 min in the center of Barcelona). only small downside: sound insulation with the adjacent house not the most optimal. some traffic noise from the bedrooms overlooking the street. quiet neighborhood at night and Sunday. Conclusion: we enjoyed Badalona as much as the apartment and will happily return to Maya's place.

Travelling as a group we had a fantastic time using Silvias house as a base for travelling around Barcelona. Her house is ideal for a large group, it's very clean and had everything close by to enjoy your time there. Fantastic host 👏

Bernadette was a perfect host: very responsive for responses to messages, pleasant. The place had been booked for 9 18-year-olds who had a great stay. They enjoyed the pool and ping pong table, a sunny spacious home. Thank you for everything and your trust

The stay has been great, it has exceeded expectations. The apartment is made and decorated with affection, practical and is not missing any detail. In addition to very clean. The heating goes perfect, we have not been cold at all. We came to ski but the times we have been in the apartment, we were very comfortable and quiet. At first there was a problem with our apartment, something that was solved by staying in another different but very close. Doing the same the change of belongings the next day. He made up for this hassle and was very attentive throughout our stay so that we were comfortable.

We didn't feel right at home, very well cared for and beautiful apartment. Clean and with all the utensils. Highly recommended.

Apartment as described in a good location, bright. The bar on the ground floor is very nice. Saturday night we had the music until 2:00 am but the noise is bearable and with earplugs it's even better . Only downside the concierge the access code was not the right one and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and not on the 1st contrary to the instructions of the concierge!

Quality/price level is at the TOP!! The location of the listing is ideal, we did everything on foot or almost. We had a spotless and pleasant stay in the apartment. It has everything you need as cooking utensils, almost too much 😂 It was clean and all the instructions were clear. The only downside I find is that the living room is a little narrow when you are a lot (and with children) but it does the trick and the view is pretty nice. I would recommend it 100%. Lockbox system for check-in and check-out is fine. We'll be back for sure!
