This adorable house is perfectly central to all our town has to offer. It is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, and Empire Mine state park offering miles of hiking/biking/riding trails is literally just across the street. The great room has the most comfy conversation friendly couch ever! The large flat screen Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or accessing your own favorite viewing platforms. Great wifi! And The intimate back patio is cozy and inviting with soft lights & plants.

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Hidden retreat close to i80, downtown Colfax, and the famous transcontinental railroad (the Zephyr stops here). The studio is a separate building on half an acre at the front of the property next to the carport. We like to surprise guests with free-range chicken eggs and sourdough bread as available. Close to hiking trails, lakes, and the snow. The A/C unit keeps the space cool after a long hike and a space heater keeps you warm in the winter months!
