Fully renovated apartment, two bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single), both with minisplit air conditioning, full kitchen, comfortable living room with screen, roku and wifi. It has a dining room and bar. I can bill your stay just by discounting the Airbnb fee. Spacious apartment, with all you need to spend a pleasant stay. Well located 4 minutes from ALTAMA by car and less than 20 minutes from Playa Miramar. A few steps away there is an OXXO, Alitas restaurant and the Transpais central truck. It is also close to hospitals, convenience stores (soriana,heb, arteli) and universities such as Tec Madero and ICEST. Very close to avenue university.

Downstairs. Fully air conditioned. If you require it, we'll bill you. Steps away from the cushioning channel. Quick access to downtown and tourist spots of Tampico as well as Miramar beach. It has two bedrooms with double bed and closet, bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, wifi, washing area with washer and dryer. It has a crib, bathtub and bath chair for older adults when requesting in advance.

Excellent central apartment in a quiet area. High-quality facilities. Rest knowing you have a Supermarket around the corner. Playa Miramar is 15 minutes away. ALTAMA Shopping Center 5 minutes away. International Airport 5 minutes away. We have Internet, 4k TV with Netflix and parking space. And in the evening, on 10th Street (also around the corner) various food establishments offer dishes and drinks for adults.
