Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

Stayed with my family for a week. We got a really fresh and beautiful place with the best welcome! very clear instructions and helpful! i had questions about restaurants, places to visit and things to do and thanks to Paul we never ran out of ideas! An amazing host! I will definitely come back!

We were a family group of 6 that stayed from 27th to 30th Dec 2024. Pilar met us as arranged to guide us to our 2 x car parking spaces 200m from her property. Our accommodation was excellent and Pilar explained everything we needed to know. The location for us was perfect as it was located on a quiet side street but just 50 meters from the bustling old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were all 100% content with our stay and would thoroughly recommend Pilar's place to anyone seeking to spend quality time in Benidorm.

Excellent location in Javea !

We had a fantastic time and even asked if we could stay longer, but unfortunately it was already booked. We found El campello surprisingly beautiful and quiet, also the beach. A good base to explore the sea, city and also the mountains. It was probably also quiet because we were here in April😀. The house was clean, spacious and a super nice patio and garden facing north. The house has no sea view (but we don't have to do that either), but the beach is really mega close. The swimming pool is also nice, even at 21 degrees. In any case, the children thought that😉. When we were there, a sports field was installed in front of the front door. Probably very nice once it's finished (basketball and football to it seemed). We couldn't get into the house at 4pm, there was still cleaning. But the house was well clean at the time. As far as we are concerned, at least a radar. Thank you!

A perfect stay!!The arrival Marisa is attentive at all times and the departure is the same!!The Talby house as shown in the photos and all the supermarkets and beach very close by. The neighbors are very friendly and the residential super quiet to disconnect for a few days! Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

We really liked the house and its quiet surroundings. It has two places in the underground garage, ideal for having the fresh car. The pool we had next to it was always without people and we were able to enjoy it more. The beach is made of stones and has no agglomerations. The only thing to note is that the house has little utensils, we miss glasses, knives that will cut and the shelves of the fridge door for more storage space.

The only thing that wasn't the case was the children's high chair. We had to do without. Otherwise nice place, I can recommend.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

This is out second stay here and it did not disappoint. We love the location, so near to the city centre, the old town and the beach but in a quiet road. The house itself is great very comfy and surprisingly roomy as there were 6 adults . Definitely highly recommend.

We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. Listing photos are as described. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

Everything is very correct and easy. Quiet neighborhood, no noise, parking in the interior garage of the Adosado and free parking next to the house. Very quick and accurate communication. Friendly hosts.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

We had a great time at this cottage. The complex"Costa Hispania" is fantastically beautiful. A pool is located just behind the cottage. If you have a rental car, you can park it directly in front of the house or drive it into the associated underground car park. The house offers everything you need. Even bedding and towels were provided. The roof terrace is the absolute highlight. A mega see view and always a cool pleasant breeze. In the bedrooms there are ceiling fans, so you can sleep comfortably. The path to the beach is only about 10 minutes by foot. Margot ( the agency's wife) was available and she was able to help with any questions. Likewise, Martin, the host, was just as helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely come again and can 100% recommend this place.

Good location to disconnect for a few days and rest, close to the village but away from the massification of Semana Santa. José was attentive at all times. The pool was open even in April being a tipzo.
