Very nice stay at Alberth place. Very well equipped. Close to historic center. It is very comfortable with the separate room and the working area. I had an amazing stay!

Everything was low as expected, good service and communication with the manager, a little far away, however it compensates the view of the place

We had a fantastic stay at Carmen’s place! The location is perfect—just a 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, making it easy to explore the city both day and night. The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed, and the photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! But what truly made this stay exceptional was Carmen and her daughters. They are the definition of Superhosts—thoughtful, kind, and incredibly responsive. Their hospitality embodies what we imagine the original mission of Airbnb to be: a warm, welcoming, and personal experience. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

It's a very spacious place and well equipped with everything you might need. The host and her family were always attentive to our concerns regardless of the time, they gave us helpful directions. The area is very quiet residential.

Everything was very good with the apartment, super comfortable and the location is excellent. They helped me a lot in and out. El.lugar felt really safe and the shower is pretty good . Would come back :)

It is a very good accommodation with total tranquility in a private development to rest even though you have a main road nearby, you have very close shops in case you need to do some small shopping and it is very central to receive requests for applications by delivery, you can also approach a few minutes to the Plaza de Yanahuara if you want to walk and spend it quiet. Recommended.

Cute apartment, in a super quiet area and very close to picanterías arequipeñas and the viewpoint of Yanahuara. Walter was very helpful and was always attentive to the questions, inquiries and requests he made and helped us with the issue of check-in and check-out.

Great location and with everything you need for 6 people, everything was great.

I stayed in the flat for three weeks and it was perfect. Everything I needed, the flat has lots of restaurants nearby, a nice square and is about 20 minutes walking on foot to the centre. There’s also lots of buses around to travel more easily to the centre. Couldn’t have asked for more for the price, would definitely stay again

Mr. Giancarlo was very attentive and flexible with the time of arrival and departure, the apartment are clean and well illuminated.

I stayed for one full month and I was very satisfied. The apartment is of good quality, and David is a great host. The electricity, water, and internet are all reliable, and the furniture is comfortable. There is a shared rooftop which is a nice little spot to relax, and you can do laundry there. The location is fine, but not great, as there is not much of interest here, and you get a lot of noise from the road. But the location is convenient; there are a few gyms within 5 minute walk, supermarkets within 5-10 minutes, and the tourist sites are 20 minutes away. It feels safe, even at night for me, so I was happy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.

The stay was great, the kindness of the hosts was excellent, really a very good place to rest, everything neat and clean, for vacations I was a whole week in the accommodation, I went out in the mornings and returned at night, I never saw anything bad in the area, everything quiet, despite being practically next to the street, we never felt noises disturbing our rest. The best thing about the accommodation for us was that it has a totally independent entrance and is on a 1st floor, as well as having a well-equipped kitchen to prepare our dinners and breakfasts. Undoubtedly the next time we return to Arequipa I will choose as 1st option this accommodation. We are very grateful of his hospitality.

Great location, very close to the entire historic center and attractions such as the Santa Catalina Convent. Sergio was an excellent host with super clear communication, the reception staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The place is exactly like the description, quite spacious and comfortable.

The house is very nice and cozy

We stayed at this place for a month and we really enjoyed so many things about it: an incredible unobstructed view of Misti Volcano from the living room and bedroom, very close proximity to several malls with supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and the Yanahuara plaza/viewpoint just a few blocks away, and of course the personal jacuzzi tub! There is a lot of space in the apartment and the beds are comfy. Thank you Olivia!
