Holiday rentals in Alum Rock

Cute cottage, in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property is peaceful and well appointed, and the host responsive and helpful. Kenilworth is my home town, so I will definitely consider a future booking, when visiting family again.

We had a fantastic stay at Fallon's place. Everything was as described and the hot tub was a welcome addition to our relaxing mini-break. Highly recommend!

We spent 2 nights over a weekend at the property and were delighted at the accomodation. It is clean, light, spacious and comfortable. Despite being so close to the city centre it was quiet and tucked away. We managed to park right outside. Everything was as described and we will definitely look to book again next time we visit the city.

I recently stayed at Saquib’s Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to [local attractions, restaurants, or transportation], yet in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Saquib was super responsive. We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.
