Holiday rentals in Amelia City

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

I can't remember which visit this is to Peter's house - maybe 7 or 8 now? My son and his family live in St. Augustine and we visit at least 2 to 3 times per year. I always check Peter's availability before we visit and if his unit is available, it is always our first choice! Meets all of our needs when we are there. Our two grandkids come and stay with us while we are there. Peter and his unit not only meets, but exceeds our expectations every time!

This was a beautiful spot. We stayed just one night while passing through on our travels from NH to Florida. We arrived late in the evening and they were very accommodating with allowing a later check out so we could enjoy the pool before heading out. Very quick response times and very informative check in instructions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Phenomenal stay! My family had an amazing time, the kids loved the playground and treehouse. The house was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with an artsy touch. We felt right at home, especially cooking and dining together. The peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and stunning sunset views from the dock made it extra special. The host was awesome and super responsive. We’d definitely come back!

We had the best stay at Jody’s home! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones. A quick walk to the beach and heated pool made for the perfect beach vacation! The home is beautiful.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

We had a fantastic family stay at Elizabeth’s place in Florida! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. We especially appreciated the bicycles and beach gear provided—it made our trips to the beach so easy and fun. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning. It’s also a short drive to St. Augustine’s city centre, which made exploring the area super convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Elizabeth was a fantastic host—very communicative, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
