Holiday rentals with beach access in Amelia Island

Susan had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the beach and spacious living area.

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

Zac place is all about location and price. Zac did a great job communicating and the place was clean. It has all the basic necessities one needs. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the neighbors.

perfect location about a block and a half from the beach. you can see the ocean from the porch. host is friendly and responsive and went the extra mile. will definitely stay here again, had a great time with the family!

It was a lovely home. Beautifully decorated. Super close to the beach and close to other locations. We loved the hot tub! The host was highly descriptive prior and during the trip making it super easy to relax and enjoy Jax beach!!

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and comfortable. You have a view of the ocean and a walkway down to the beach right across the street. It is close to downtown but far enough away to not feel crowded. It is close to a really nice bike/running path. The hosts were wonderful. They were so friendly and more than accommodating and the home is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable there. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Karolyn was super accommodating and responsive! The space was clean, in a great location, and had everything you could need for a little beach getaway! Will be visiting again!

This was our third year vacationing with Mirna and we just love it and the South JAX BCH area. Mirna is always kind and helps if we have a question. The house is set up nicely and there is room to spread out. Having lots of kitchen counter space, a kitchen table and a dining room table is beyond helpful. We are looking forward to next year's vacation! Thank you again.

Brittany's place was our first visit to Florida. The location suited us well. Close enough to the beach and restaurants to ride bike or golf cart, yet away from the hustle and bustle. The home was beautiful, and amenities were carefully thought out and generous. We were allowed early check in, and Brittany was very adaptable to our requests and suggestions. The home is a pet friendly home, and is designed perfectly for that. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. Not having pets ourselves, we are not familiar with dog hair and smells that linger, which was present at this home. It wasn't unbearable, but we would probably choose a pet-free home next time we choose an Airbnb. The golf cart, beach chairs, and cooler were among our favorite amenities.

Wonderful sweet hosts! Very responsive and made our trip easy and stress free. The rental was cute, cozy, and clean. Spacious with nice upgrades. The beds were very comfy and nice bathrooms. Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

Amazing spot right on the beach. Loved the proximity to town while still being able to enjoy the peacefulness of the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for a large group and really appreciated the attention to detail and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay! Easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The clear communication from Michelle also made it easy to navigate the area upon our arrival. The home had a lot of character and was exactly what we would have expected for a 40’s home. We will need to return to Jax in the future and will make sure to check availability because we would definitely book again.

Beautiful view. The patio was my favorite place to be. Straight walk to the beach. Very private, updated bathroom I loved. I will definitely come back in the summer.

Great oceanfront location. If you don’t mind a little walking you can get to multiple restaurants and bars. The layout was a little unusual with a bed in the living area and no real outdoor patio. But the amazing view made up for it.

The walk-in view out the back window is the stunning Atlantic Ocean - open the sliding door to hear the ocean sounds. The decor is colorful and very up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight but we managed to- it is actually very convenient to have both washer and dryer in the kitchen! Three bedrooms are very nice to find in such an upscale condominium. The walk to the beach was wonderful and miles on either side to walk. We loved our stay and would like to come back sometime!
