Apartment holiday rentals in American Beach

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. The apartment is on the small side, but had everything we needed. The location is fairly close to the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The place has modest furniture, but adequate and comfortable. We did not use them, but I thought it was very cool to include beach stuff like beach towels, a cart and a boogie board. Zac was very responsive and quick to solve any issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

Have stayed here more than once. So close to everything and so relaxing. They will take care of you!

Had a great experience overall, nice and relax full little community.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Kent’s place was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Downtown Fernandina Beach has so many great shops and restaurants and was an easy 20 minute drive. Kent was very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

Great stay at Nicole's place! My goal was to be as close to the ocean as possible, and that goal was achieved! It's a beautiful small, one-bedroom unit, perfect for a solo traveler. There is no solid door between the living area/kitchen and the bedroom - not an issue for me but something to be aware of if you are a traveling couple. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook. There can be some traffic (people) right outside the unit, but it was never a problem for me. Overall, a great unit in a great location in Jax Beach!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Carla was very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location is great and very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and in a very safe area. If we are ever around town again we will definitely reach out to her!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. I wanted to surprise my bf for his bday, I wanted something relaxing and peaceful and Eric place did just that. I love how the guest have they own private parking space and it was right next to the studio. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because the weather wasn’t very friendly, my bf enjoyed the place so much mainly because we work a lot so getting away from home and relaxing was something we both needed, I booked the place for him but I think I needed it more than him, the lack of noise was very soothing and pleasant. Thank you Eric for a peaceful weekend. Would definitely book again.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

Glenn is a fantastic host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations. The only negative thing I could say is that the bed is pretty hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an easy fix. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything is in walking distance. Hopefully I will get another opportunity to stay here next time I visit! 5 stars!
